Pinned Content in Shelf

This article describes the options of pinning content to the Home Dashboard, a Library, and a Folder and why it's an important feature for you!

The Pinned Content Widget displays content chosen by your Content/Knowledge Managers directly on your home dashboard; making it easy to access and available to all users. In addition to the home dashboard, you can also see content pinned directly to Libraries and Folders.

Content can be pinned to a single level or multiple ones simultaneously, e.g. you can pin the same Gem to its Library and the Home Dashboard.

You can pin content by selecting it and either using the context menu or the action bar that appears towards the top of the page.
