For First time users, you will see the following account registration page:


  1. If your Account Registration Link is invalid, contact your Shelf Administer to request the invitation be resent (see image below for example) 
  2. If you still do not see an invitation in your inbox, please check your spam folder and that the email address did not have any typos/misspellings
  3. If issues continue, please have your Shelf Administer(s) reach out to their Customer Success Manager for further investigation.
