How to Comment on a Gem | Shelf Help Center

Shelf has four user roles - Admin, Collaborator, Member, and View Only. All 4 user roles have the ability to add a comment to a Gem.*

To add a comment, scroll down to the bottom of the article, click on the comment section, write down your comment, and press the Comment button.

*Admin Users have the ability to grant view and edit access for commenting. For example, some users may be able to view all comments, others may be able to view and add their own comments, or this may not be visible to any users depending on the purpose the comments intend to serve for your organization.
