How to Open or Preview a Gem | Shelf Help Center

Remember, all content in Shelf is referred to as a "Gem". Having trouble viewing the content? Review this article to troubleshoot the issue.

From the Home Dashboard:

Directly from within a widget, you can click on the Gem and it will open immediately:

Depending on the the viewing selection, there are a few ways to open a Gem; including: clicking on the title directly, choosing the three dots in line with the Gem and hovering over the Gem. See below for examples (images combined to display options together).

TIP: Not ready to fully open the Gem? Choose the Preview option instead and get a look at the Gem without navigating to a new tab. Don't forget to check your Profile Settings if you want Gems to open in a new window!
