Adding a Description to a Folder/Gem

To add a description to a folder or a gem in Shelf, right click the particular Folder or Gem in the Library Tree and select “View folder/gem” from the following menu. Once in the View Folder page, click on "Add description here".

Please note that this action can only be completed by the Admin role, or by the user who originally created the Group/Folder.
